Second. please check if the filter element is completely wet.

A4: Yes. the water droplets at the mist outlet will affect the use of the humidifier. Please check whether the humidifier uses tap water. It is recommended to use tap water. not recommended to use mineral water and distilled water. If mineral water or distilled water is used. it will cause water to accumulate at the spray outlet of the humidifier.
